Hence, it is important that every student meets the criteria as required by the companies as well as the college to make the right fit for the campus placement. So, how can you be prepared for such placements? Here are the tips.

Aptitude tests

In most placements, the aptitude test, which is a kind of skill assessment test, is the initial step. No matter whether it is a paper-based exam or a computer-aided one, undertaking those tests conducted in the software engineering colleges and making your part flawlessly is important.

Get ready for group discussion

It is one of the important rounds held in campus placements. The core purpose behind conducting such an exercise is to assess the abilities of an individual and evaluate his/her problem-solving capabilities. So, prepare yourself for this.

Coding round

CSE students will be given 3 or 4 coding questions that the students have to clear within the stipulated time frame. The students should optimize the time given and do it well. Face HR interview

Once you have completed the aptitude and technical rounds, you have to face an HR interview session.
