Quannta School of Software Engineering Report on Inaugural Function of First Year (2022-2026 Batch)

The Inaugural function of the Academic Year (2022-2023) for the first year held at Quannta School of Software Engineering, Villupuram on 28.11.2022(Monday).The ceremony started with a prayer song and lighting of traditional Lamp. TheBudding Engineers along with their parents with flying colours have come to step into Learning Portal of Quannta School of Software Engineering . Dr.K.Indira, Principal of Quannta School of Software Engineering, welcomed the gathering.

She encouraged the students to undertake these 4 years of course with discipline towards 40+ years of excellence. In her address, she elucidated the rules and regulations of the academic system and Anna University regulations to the Students. She also briefed about the establishment of the college. She also highlighted about the Private Cloud Infrastructure that the institution is equipped towards building a technically sound engineers.

The Chairman,ThiruEr. S.Selvamani, B.E.,E.S. Group of Educational Institutions, felicitated the gathering. In his felicitation address, he highlighted that the students must know their age of responsibility and their values in building life and nation. He encouraged the students about the various new job opportunities waiting in MNCs companies and others etc. He also aspired the students by taking an oath of making the home district a potential IT Hub. 

He also elaborated about the infrastructural facility that the institution powered with and the vision of the management towards achieving Excellence in Software Engineering. Parents were attending the Inaugural function with pride and happiness because of their Students’ Educational journey at Stream of Engineering and Technology at Quannta School of Software Engineering. 

In addition, he insisted that the parents must be very supportive for the betterment of their children and students must know their responsibilities. He advised that students must develop good attitude,know their values of life and understand that the failures are the stepping stones of success.

The highlight of the event is the students and parent’s interaction with the Technological Expert, Mr. Narayana Reddy, who is the best in the Business of Technological Development and Training and also a technical advisor of the institution. He had thrown a glimpse of light into the careeropportunities and briefed about the emerging technologies like Full Stack Development, ML, IoT,AI etc.

He also conveyed the detailed training plan and discussed various Job opportunities for the software professionals around the globe. The Function concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Dr.N.LakshmiKanthan, Head Academics followed by the National Anthem.
